At iNats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as you received it

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable or digital products

    • Perishable goods (if applicable)

    • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].

  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., item not in original condition or missing parts).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on info@inats.store.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.
