Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $40.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from iNats. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your items, we offer a simple return process.

Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards or downloadable content

• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
• Pack your items securely in the original packaging and affix the return label.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
